## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Ontwerpen, opleveren en onderhouden van dashboards en rapportages die inzicht geven in levenscyclusfasen, inzetbaarheid, kosten en compliance.
- Definiëren, monitoren en rapporteren van KPI's (kosten-efficiëntie, compliance, lifecycle-mijlpalen, utilization).
- Analyseren van trends om risico's, technische veroudering en optimalisatiemogelijkheden te signaleren.
- Bouwen van voorspellende modellen voor capaciteitsplanning en levenscyclus‑prognoses.
- Beheren van dataverzameling, validatie en integratie uit tools zoals Jira, Azure DevOps, SonarQube en CAST; verbeteren van datakwaliteit.
- Automatiseren en optimaliseren van (data)pipelines en repetitieve rapportagetaken.
- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor stakeholders: presenteren van bevindingen, geven van training en ondersteunen van datagedreven besluitvorming.
- Initiëren van verbetertrajecten en delen van best practices binnen AMS.

Requirements:
- HBO-opleiding in Software Engineering of gelijkwaardig.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met metrics, rapportage en analytics binnen software-engineeringomgevingen.
- Praktische kennis van Jira en/of Azure DevOps en ervaring met SonarQube en/of CAST voor codekwaliteit/assetanalyse.
- Ervaring met dashboarding/visualisatietools en het automatiseren van rapportagestromen.
- Bekend met KPI-definiëring en het ontwikkelen van voorspellende modellen; vaardig in data-analyse en interpretatie.
- Ervaring met Function Point Analysis is een pré.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; ervaring met stakeholdermanagement en presenteren aan management.
- Kennis van ITIL/PRINCE2 of vergelijkbare processen is wenselijk.

HBO-opleiding in Software Engineering of vergelijkbaar; ervaring met software-engineeringprocessen, rapportage en analytics (voorkeur met Function Point Analysis). Certificeringen zoals Agile/Scrum Foundation, DevOps Fundamentals, ITIL Foundation, PRINCE2 Foundation en CFPS. Uitgebreide kennis van Jira en/of Azure DevOps en ervaring met rapportage- en visualisatietools.
