## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discovery with prospects, customers and partners across EMEA to map checkout, shipping and customs workflows.
- Design integration solutions connecting Zonos to checkout, carrier and customs systems (GraphQL/REST) and define scope and implementation plans.
- Walk customers through APIs, required data, auth patterns and webhook flows; build demos and proofs of concept.
- Act as the customer’s technical contact through testing and go-live, troubleshooting issues with engineering when needed.
- Support sales and partnerships in technical meetings, accompany customer visits and represent Zonos at industry events.
- Collect and relay customer requirements and feedback to product and engineering; help establish regional technical processes.

Requirements:
- Minimum ~3 years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, technical account management or similar customer-facing technical role.
- Hands-on API integration experience with GraphQL, REST, JSON and familiarity with auth schemes and webhooks.
- Experience using API testing tools (e.g. Postman) and building lightweight demos / POCs.
- Ability to explain technical designs clearly to engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with integration patterns, implementation planning and troubleshooting production integrations.
- Comfortable working with EMEA customers, fluent English (written and spoken) and willingness to travel (~20%).

## Responsibilities

You will lead technical discovery, design integration solutions, and guide customers through the implementation of Zonos products. Additionally, you will support sales teams in customer meetings and provide feedback to the product and engineering departments.

## Requirements

The role requires at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role with hands-on API integration expertise. Candidates must be fluent in English and possess the right to work in the Netherlands or be eligible for sponsorship.
