## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Werk direct met business unit leiders en functionele analisten om KPI's, strategie en rapportagebehoeften te begrijpen en prioriteren.
- Vertaal business requirements naar technische BI- en rapportagespecificaties en begeleid ontwerp, ontwikkeling en implementatie van rapportageoplossingen.
- Samenwerken met data engineers, ontwikkelaars, data scientists en architecten om oplossingen te leveren die aansluiten op de enterprise data strategy.
- Ontwikkel en onderhoud dashboards, datamodellen en datasets; zorg voor datakwaliteit en consistente definities.
- Coördineren van requirement-gathering, test- en validatieactiviteiten; documenteer oplossingen voor kennisoverdracht.
- Train en enable business-users in het gebruik van rapportagetools; geef support en advies om self-service analytics te bevorderen.
- Identificeer kansen om rapportageprocessen te vereenvoudigen en te optimaliseren; fungeer als thought leader voor analytische verbeteringen.

Requirements:
- Bachelor (of Master) in een relevant vakgebied; typisch 5+ jaar relevante ervaring bij bachelor of 3+ jaar bij master.
- Ervaring met BI reporting tools en ERP-systemen; sterke kennis van datamodellering en SQL.
- Ervaring met requirements gathering, functionele & technische specificaties en testen.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met stakeholdermanagement in een cross-functionele omgeving.
- Praktische ervaring met analyse, rapportagedesign en het presenteren van inzichten aan management.
- Bekendheid met tools zoals Power BI/Tableau/Looker en enterprise data-platforms is een pré.
- Vloeiend Engels, vermogen om snel te werken in een dynamische omgeving.
