## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Conduct threat modelling and risk assessments across product features, AI agents, cloud infrastructure, corporate IT, and data systems.
- Partner with engineering, cloud, data, and IT teams to define security requirements and influence secure design and implementation.
- Embed security into development processes through design reviews, secure coding guidance, checklists, and automation.
- Improve logging, detection, and monitoring capabilities and help run incident response exercises and runbooks.
- Drive vulnerability management and coordinated disclosure processes; validate remediations and verify risk reduction.
- Support compliance efforts (e.g., SOC 2), security assessments, and tooling to scale proactive security practices.

Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience in threat modelling, risk assessment, and technical application/cloud security engineering.
- Practical experience with incident response, vulnerability management, and security monitoring for cloud-native systems (Kubernetes, Azure, etc.).
- Familiarity with identity and access management, SOC 2/ISO controls, and security automation tools.
- Ability to communicate technical risks clearly to engineering and product teams and drive remediation across org boundaries.
- Experience with modern security tooling and processes (bug bounty, CVE/GitHub advisories, Drata/controls automation) is a plus.
- Interest or experience in AI/LLM security considerations and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
