Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to automate and digitalise banking processes.
- Develop backend components and data pipelines using Python, PySpark or Scala.
- Integrate solutions with databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Oracle) and services (SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure Functions).
- Collaborate with the client’s digital team to map processes, run revisions and ensure scalable, resilient implementations.
- Work in Agile squads, use Gitlab/GitHub for versioning and coordinate with stakeholders to deploy regular releases.

Requirements:
- Mandatory relocation to Málaga, Spain.
- Minimum ~4 years in IT development, including 3+ years with Power Apps/Power Automate/Power BI and PowerShell.
- Proficiency in Python, PySpark or Scala and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Azure Functions, SharePoint, Dataverse, Kafka, Control-M and BI tools.
- Experience with Gitlab/GitHub, Jira and Confluence; strong analytical and communication skills.
- English C1 required; Spanish is a plus. Relevant technical degree or vocational certification.
