Responsibilities:
- Participate in an academy/training program and apply learning to build Power Apps, Power Automate flows and Python-based automations.
- Develop and test integrations between front-end Power Platform apps and back-end systems (Dataverse, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Azure Functions).
- Create Power BI reports and support data validation and ETL tasks using Python or PySpark.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, version control (GitLab/GitHub) and Agile ceremonies; document work in Jira/Confluence.
- Work closely with mentors, product owners and stakeholders to deliver iterative, business-focused solutions.
- Support deployments, basic operational tasks and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years overall IT development experience, with at least 2 years using Power Apps/Power Automate/Power BI.
- Proficiency in Python; experience with PySpark or Scala is a plus.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps or SharePoint integrations.
- Comfortable working in Agile teams; good communication skills and ability to learn quickly.
- English C1; Spanish is beneficial. Relocation to Málaga is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree or equivalent technical certification.
