Responsibilities:
- Lead design and refinement of relevance and conversion models to improve ad selection and ROI.
- Research and implement bidding policies using Bayesian methods, reinforcement learning and other optimization techniques.
- Build meta-learning and personalization frameworks that adapt quickly to user behavior and campaign contexts.
- Productionize low-latency, high-throughput prediction pipelines and scalable feature engineering (serve & monitor models).
- Design and run rigorous A/B tests and experiments; analyze results and iterate on models and policies.
- Mentor and upskill team members, review technical designs and share best practices across data science and engineering.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of applied ML experience in ad tech or other high-frequency prediction domains, with productionized models.
- Strong foundations in ML/statistics (probabilistic modeling, RL, Bayesian inference, meta-learning).
- Hands-on experience with distributed processing and serving technologies (Spark, Ray, AWS Athena or similar).
- Production ML engineering skills in Python, model deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Experience designing and evaluating experiments (A/B tests) and translating findings into business impact.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and mentoring skills; product-oriented mindset.
- MSc/PhD in ML, Statistics, CS or equivalent industry experience preferred.
