## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Develop quantitative analyses and statistical models to evaluate paid search performance and guide marketing investment.
- Design, run and analyse marketing experiments (geo tests, diff-in-diff, synthetic controls) to measure incrementality and elasticity.
- Build and maintain measurement tools: attribution, experimentation frameworks, CLV and reporting pipelines.
- Translate insights into strategic recommendations for marketing leadership and collaborate with data engineering to deploy models.
- Mentor peers, review work, and identify AI opportunities to accelerate analysis while maintaining methodological rigor.
- Present findings clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and support cross-channel measurement initiatives.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of analytics or data-science experience with proven work on paid search and/or SEO (Google Ads/Search experience preferred).
- Strong SQL and Python skills (pandas, scikit-learn, PySpark) and experience with Databricks/Looker or equivalent BI tools.
- Hands-on experience with causal inference methods and elasticity modelling applied to marketing spend decisions.
- Ability to draw business insights from data, communicate effectively to stakeholders in English, and work independently.
- Experience identifying practical AI improvements for analytics workflows and mentoring less-experienced colleagues.
