## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the core AI platform used by all Photoroom products: gateway, primitives, no-code tooling, APIs and SDKs.
- Expand the AI gateway with safeguards, evaluation tooling, cost controls and observability to enable safe, efficient shipping.
- Design and ship the agentic layer (visual agents/MCP) that runs multi-step flows: generate, QA, route, retry and publish at catalog scale.
- Translate model capabilities into reusable product primitives and user-facing features that drive adoption and revenue.
- Define problems clearly before proposing solutions; partner with engineering and research to deliver high-quality, low-friction developer and end-user experiences.
- Prioritise platform work across product teams, owning strategy, communicating trade-offs, and saying no with clear rationale.
- Use data (adoption, latency, inference cost per success, eval results) to form hypotheses, measure impact and iterate quickly.
- Enable non-backend teams to ship AI features with minimal engineering by providing tooling, docs and reference patterns.

Requirements:
- 10+ years product management experience with multiple successful product launches and clear business outcomes.
- Proven experience building platform, infrastructure or developer-facing products (APIs, SDKs, internal platforms, ML infra).
- Demonstrable experience shipping model-backed or agentic products to production at scale.
- Strong product judgment, data fluency and ability to run analyses and make decisions independently.
- Comfortable collaborating closely with engineers and ML researchers; able to translate research into shipping work.
- Skilled at cross-functional stakeholder management, prioritisation and communicating technical trade-offs.
- Self-starter mindset, bias for execution, and ability to mentor other PMs; able to operate in a hybrid Paris-based role.
