## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own the AI platform and agentic layer: define strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the gateway, primitives, and no-code tooling used across teams.
- Build and scale agentic workflows (multi-step generate → QA → route → retry → publish) that run unattended at catalog scale.
- Design and maintain safeguards, evals, cost controls, and observability to enable safe, cost-effective model usage.
- Treat internal product teams as customers: prioritize platform work, translate requests into strategic initiatives, and provide clear trade-offs.
- Partner with ML researchers and engineers to convert model capabilities into reusable primitives and user-facing features.
- Use adoption, latency, cost-per-inference, and eval metrics to form hypotheses, measure impact, and iterate.

Requirements:
- 10+ years product management experience with multiple successful launches and measurable business outcomes.
- Proven experience owning platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products (APIs, SDKs, ML infra, internal platforms).
- Demonstrable history shipping model-backed or agentic/automated products and creating reusable primitives for downstream teams.
- Strong data fluency: ability to pull, analyze, and act on platform metrics independently.
- Technical comfort to collaborate closely with engineers and researchers and to make architecture-informed product decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills; able to hold strategy and say no with rationale.
