## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product development for the marketplace: architecture, delivery and quality.
- Define and advocate technical direction and system design; drive architectural decisions and trade-offs.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to shape solutions and guide implementations from prototype to production.
- Improve engineering standards: testing, CI/CD, observability and deployment practices.
- Mentor engineers, run design reviews and provide reference implementations to raise team capability.
- Own performance, scalability and reliability of services running on PHP/Laravel, Angular frontend and AWS serverless infrastructure.

Requirements:
- Expert knowledge in at least one core area of the stack (PHP/Laravel or Angular) and strong system design skills.
- Proven experience building and maintaining scalable production services (PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS/serverless).
- Strong engineering practices across testing, deployment, monitoring and incident response.
- Experience mentoring peers, leading technical discussions and defining code standards.
- Clear communicator able to balance product needs, technical debt and long-term maintainability.
- Hands-on, product-focused mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.

## Responsibilities

You will be responsible for end-to-end product development and defining technical architecture for the marketplace platform. You will also act as a technical leader and mentor, collaborating across teams to shape solutions and drive engineering quality.
