Responsibilities:
- Maintain and continuously improve AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
- Design, deploy and operate containerised microservices (Docker, Kubernetes) to support scalable platform workloads.
- Build and automate CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI) for reliable, repeatable deployments across environments.
- Implement monitoring, logging and alerting for integration, staging and production; own incident response and post-mortems.
- Collaborate with application teams to enable platform usage, perform capacity planning and optimise cost/performance trade-offs.
- Document infrastructure configurations and operational runbooks; mentor team members on DevOps best practices.

Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in DevOps or platform engineering with demonstrated AWS expertise.
- Solid experience with IaC (Terraform), containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD tooling (GitLab CI) and automation of deployment workflows.
- Strong background in monitoring and observability, system administration and troubleshooting at scale.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional agile teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in Hamburg office; English required, German is a plus.
