Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery for Wealth Management (portfolio, trading, reporting, integrations) and Family Governance features.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog; support sprint planning, refinement and Agile execution.
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Map financial and governance workflows and ensure requirements are testable and buildable.
- Work closely with engineering and design to deliver timely, high-quality releases and iterate on feedback.
- Maintain structured documentation in JIRA and Confluence; run client demos, workshops and capture insights.
- Drive continuous improvement of product processes and ways of working.

Requirements:
- 3–5 years as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst in FinTech, WealthTech or B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience delivering features from requirements through release; strong product frameworks (prioritization, discovery, delivery).
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data to form conclusions and recommendations.
- Good understanding of technical architecture and ability to communicate effectively with engineering.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Slack and analytics tools.
- Able to make independent decisions, influence stakeholders without authority, and work under shifting priorities.
- Fluent English and Russian at a professional working level.
- Bonus: exposure to Salesforce, Refinitiv/Bloomberg, trading/reporting workflows, governance concepts or practical AI tool use.
