About the role

Responsibilities:
- Neem end-to-end verantwoordelijkheid voor toegewezen functionaliteit: van requirements en ontwerp tot bouw, testen, deployment en nazorg.
- Werk in een team van 2–3 builders aan gezamenlijke features, technische keuzes en kwaliteitsstandaarden.
- Gebruik AI-tools en agent-workflows als standaard hulpmiddel voor analyse, code‑modernisatie, refactoring, testgeneratie en documentatie.
- Ontwerp en implementeer geautomatiseerde kwaliteitsborging, CI/CD en deployment pipelines voor snelle en betrouwbare releases.
- Stem af met Product Management, R&D en stakeholders om oplossingen functioneel passend en beheersbaar te maken.
- Proactief managen van verwachtingen, risico's en voortgang; leveren van duidelijke documentatie en overdracht.

Requirements:
- Aantoonbare ervaring in softwareontwikkeling met praktische toepassing van AI-tools en agent-achtige workflows.
- Ervaring met CI/CD, geautomatiseerde testing, deployment automation en code‑kwaliteitstechnieken (analyse, refactoring).
- Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en vermogen om requirements te vertalen naar uitvoerbare tasks en betrouwbare deliverables.
- Ervaring met moderne development tooling, versiebeheer en het opzetten van test‑/deploy pipelines.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring in multidisciplinaire teams; bereidheid tot hybride werken in Nederland.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of end-to-end development: translate customer needs into requirements, design, build, test, deploy and provide post-implementation support for AI-enabled features. Collaborate with Product Management, R&D and other stakeholders to implement AI-native development, architect agent-based workflows, and ensure automated quality assurance and deployment.

Requirements

Proven experience in software development with AI tools, experience in AI-native development, strong problem-solving, familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and ability to translate requirements into actionable tasks. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment in the Netherlands.
