Responsibilities:
- Partner with engineers, designers, operations and domain experts to scope, build and ship client onboarding journeys and internal capabilities.
- Define and maintain outcome-oriented product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct user research, analyse feedback and metrics to prioritise improvements and measure impact after launch.
- Translate regulatory, legal and compliance requirements into intuitive, scalable product solutions for client data and lifecycle events.
- Ensure client data, statuses and lifecycle events are recorded accurately and handled securely.
- Support stakeholder alignment across legal, risk, compliance and client service teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- Initial experience in product management, consulting or a related role; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with agile tools and practices (Jira, Confluence, Figma) and ability to write clear user stories.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
- Customer- and outcome-focused mindset with attention to regulatory constraints and data protection.
- Willingness to work hybrid from Berlin or Munich and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
