About the role

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and operate cloud-native infrastructure to support AI applications, intelligent agents, APIs, and data products (Azure-focused with AWS exposure).
- Build reusable IaC modules, deployment templates, and observability patterns to ensure consistent environments.
- Automate provisioning, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, secrets management, and cloud cost optimization.
- Define and apply security controls (IAM, encryption, resilient configurations) and enforce secure infrastructure practices.
- Establish monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting procedures to improve platform availability and performance.
- Partner with country IT teams and international stakeholders to onboard environments, resolve deployment issues, and scale use cases.
- Support the productionization of AI/data solutions using DevSecOps and SRE methodologies; use AI-assisted tools to improve delivery.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of practical experience developing, deploying, and operating cloud-native applications and infrastructure; strong Azure skills and AWS familiarity.
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform/Bicep/ARM), CI/CD platforms, and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proficient in scripting/programming (Python) and comfortable with SQL for data workflows.
- Experience with observability and incident management practices.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management, and encryption techniques.
- Good communicator able to work across distributed international teams and resolve operational incidents.
