Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and iterate the internal developer platform on AWS using Terraform and platform engineering principles.
- Automate infrastructure delivery via CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Spacelift) and expand self-service capabilities for product teams.
- Own and operate core platform components to improve scalability, reliability, and developer experience.
- Review PRs, share best practices, and raise engineering standards across the platform team.
- Evaluate and introduce AWS services and cloud-native patterns where they add measurable value.
- Strengthen platform security, compliance, and resilience through guardrails and clear standards.
- Work closely with product teams to remove workflow bottlenecks and translate needs into platform solutions.

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience operating large-scale AWS environments across compute, storage, networking, backup/recovery, and security.
- Strong Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience, with practical CI/CD and automation skills.
- Background in platform engineering or building internal developer platforms and self-service tooling.
- Proven ownership mindset and ability to drive complex topics in cross-functional settings.
- Clear communicator, collaborative, and focused on improving developer workflows and product outcomes.
- Systems/product mindset with ability to make thoughtful trade-offs between speed, quality, and maintainability.
