About the role

Responsibilities:
- Build and operate cloud-native platforms (Azure-first, AWS as required) to support AI workflows, data products and intelligent agents.
- Design reusable IaC modules, standardized deployment templates and observability patterns.
- Automate CI/CD, infrastructure provisioning, secrets management and cloud cost monitoring.
- Implement monitoring, alerting and troubleshooting processes to maintain platform availability and performance.
- Enforce security best practices (IAM, encryption, resilient configurations) and embed DevSecOps principles.
- Coordinate with country IT teams and cross-functional stakeholders to onboard and scale cloud solutions.

Requirements:
- 5+ years experience developing, deploying and operating cloud-native applications; strong Azure skills and AWS familiarity.
- Practical experience with IaC (Terraform/ARM/Bicep), CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes/Docker and observability tooling.
- Strong Python and SQL skills; experience automating platform workflows and writing runbooks.
- Knowledge of cloud security controls, incident management and SRE practices.
- Proven collaborator in international teams and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
