About the role

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and operate scalable cloud-native infrastructure for AI applications, intelligent agents, APIs, data pipelines, and data products (primary: Azure; secondary: AWS).
- Create reusable infrastructure-as-code modules and deployment templates to standardize environments and speed delivery.
- Automate provisioning, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, secrets management, and cloud cost controls.
- Establish observability patterns, alerting, and operational runbooks to improve availability and performance.
- Implement cloud security practices: IAM, encryption, resilient configuration, and secure secrets handling.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, data teams, and country IT teams to onboard, troubleshoot, and scale solutions internationally.
- Apply DevSecOps, platform engineering, and SRE principles to move prototypes into production reliably.

Requirements:
- 5+ years hands-on experience building, deploying, and operating cloud-native infrastructure; strong Microsoft Azure experience and familiarity with AWS.
- Practical experience with IaC (Terraform/Bicep/ARM), CI/CD pipelines, and container platforms (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proficient scripting/programming skills (Python) and working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with observability tooling (metrics, logging, tracing) and incident troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of cloud security controls and best practices.
- Strong cross-team communication skills and experience working in distributed/international environments.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools to boost engineering productivity.
