About the role

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and operate cloud-native infrastructure (Azure primary, AWS where required) to support AI apps, data products and intelligent agents.
- Develop reusable IaC, deployment pipelines and observability patterns to accelerate delivery and enforce standards.
- Automate provisioning, CI/CD, secrets handling and cost management.
- Apply SRE and DevSecOps practices to improve reliability, performance and maintenance.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, data specialists and international IT teams to onboard and scale cloud environments.
- Support production readiness: troubleshooting, runbooks, incident response and post-incident improvements.

Requirements:
- 5+ years hands-on experience with cloud-native systems; deep Azure knowledge and AWS exposure preferred.
- Proficient with IaC (Terraform/ARM/Bicep), CI/CD tools, Kubernetes/Docker and observability tooling.
- Strong programming/scripting skills (Python) and familiarity with SQL; TypeScript a plus.
- Experience implementing cloud security controls (IAM, encryption, secure configs) and operational runbooks.
- Comfortable working remotely with cross-country teams and integrating platform automation into engineering workflows.
