Data Analyst - Label Operations at Next Plc

About the role

Responsibilities:
- Produce and maintain timely, accurate internal and external product reports and dashboards (PowerBi).
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to inform commercial decisions and respond to ad hoc requests.
- Build, run and optimise ETL pipelines and data exchanges using SQL, Python and Git on Databricks/Azure Data Lake.
- Automate manual processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
- Liaise with BIS, Product Operations, eCommerce, Product and Operations to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues; recommend process and system improvements.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with Git and data warehousing platforms (Databricks/Azure Data Lake).
- Experience building dashboards (PowerBi) and communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset and ability to handle routine and ad hoc reporting.
- Problem-solving attitude with a focus on automation and process optimisation.
- Good stakeholder management and clear communication skills.
- 0–2 years relevant experience or equivalent demonstrable skills.
