About the role
Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the Finance Infrastructure roadmap within the Payments Platform (ledgers, reconciliation, reporting, controls).
- Translate finance, accounting and regulatory requirements into scalable platform capabilities and abstractions.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Finance and Payments leaders to prioritise work and design robust solutions.
- Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term system health, scalability and multi-entity/currency support.
- Improve data quality, observability and controls to help the bank operate safely and expand into new markets.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and represent finance needs across the platform.
Requirements:
- Proven product management experience owning complex technical, platform or financial systems.
- Technical depth to collaborate credibly with engineers on architecture, trade-offs and system design.
- Familiarity with ledgers, reconciliation, financial data models, controls and regulatory constraints.
- Strong stakeholder management, prioritisation skills and the ability to balance competing needs.
- Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration experience in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
You will build and execute the roadmap for Finance Infrastructure within the Payments Platform, ensuring systems are scalable and reliable. You will partner with Engineering and Finance teams to translate complex regulatory and accounting needs into robust platform capabilities.
