Responsibilities:
- Monitor enterprise publisher performance and contractual KPIs across large datasets; detect trends and anomalies early.
- Build and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and alerting systems to surface risks and opportunities.
- Forecast KPI trajectories and prepare concise visuals and narratives for Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Investigate issues with root-cause analysis and produce actionable recommendations for Growth Managers and Partner Operations.
- Automate data pipelines and reporting to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
- Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders and challenge assumptions when needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on data analytics experience with strong SQL and Python or R proficiency.
- Experience building dashboards, automated reports, monitoring, and alerting (production-ready solutions).
- Solid business acumen: able to translate data into KPI-driven insights and forecasts.
- Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset, attention to data quality, and focus on automation and scalability.
