Responsibilities:
- Design, run and analyse A/B, A/B/n and other experiments to measure product and growth impact; define hypotheses, success metrics, sample sizes and guardrails.
- Execute large-scale analyses using SQL and Python across Trino-backed data (100TB data lake); optimise queries and data pipelines for performance.
- Build automated experiment reporting, dashboards (Tableau) and reusable analysis frameworks to scale experiment operations.
- Implement anomaly detection and monitoring for experiments and telemetry; surface unexpected shifts and drive investigations.
- Maintain and improve telemetry and feature-flagging systems; collaborate with engineering and product to ensure data quality and correct instrumentation.

Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with strong, hands-on SQL and Python skills at scale.
- Deep understanding of experimentation and statistical methods: hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, power analysis, variance reduction and Bayesian vs Frequentist tradeoffs.
- Experience with Trino (or other distributed query engines), Airflow, dbt and BI tools (Tableau or equivalent); familiarity with experiment platforms (e.g., GrowthBook) is a plus.
- Proven ability to implement anomaly detection approaches and reason about telemetry and data pipelines.
- Strong communication skills: translate technical results into clear business recommendations and work effectively with product, engineering and growth stakeholders.
