About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle for data science services: discovery, prototyping, production, monitoring and performance tuning.
- Become a domain expert to deliver value through models and data products, ensuring reliability and high performance in production.
- Contribute to one of several focus areas: Product Data (classification, NLP, multimodal), Ads platform (adTech systems, revenue-driving models) or GenAI products (evaluation platforms and prototypes).
- Share knowledge across the data community, improve engineering practices and help make experimentation self-serve for research teams.
- Work in cross-functional teams to integrate services with platform infrastructure and ensure scalable deployments.

Requirements:
- Strong Python and SQL skills and practical experience integrating agentic coding workflows into development routines.
- Solid grounding in ML and NLP methods and experience building production-grade models or prototypes.
- Familiarity with infrastructure tools (Kafka, Kubernetes, Datadog) and production cloud environments (ideally GCP).
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
- Good communication skills, team collaboration experience and willingness to own delivery and reliability.
