About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end lifecycle for data science services: concept, prototype, production, monitoring and maintenance.
- Identify high-impact opportunities for data science and prioritise work that moves the business forward.
- Design, build and ship models such as pricing prediction, pricing elasticity, multimodal classifiers and complex forecasting systems.
- Collaborate across teams and share best practices to raise engineering and ML standards in the data community.
- Mentor colleagues, review designs and help scale reproducible, production-ready solutions.

Requirements:
- Several years delivering large-scale, production ML services with measurable business impact.
- Strong knowledge of classic ML algorithms and practical model development workflows.
- Production experience with modern infrastructure tools (Kafka, Kubernetes, Datadog) and cloud environments (ideally GCP).
- Proven mentoring ability and experience guiding engineers and data scientists.
- Proactive problem-solving, ability to translate business questions into technical solutions and fluent English (C1).
