Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for development, testing and release workflows.
- Operate and scale build agents, runners, artifact storage and supporting services; troubleshoot pipeline failures.
- Improve build speed, reliability and reproducibility via caching, dependency management and incremental builds.
- Partner with engineering teams to remove workflow bottlenecks and shorten feedback loops.
- Build self-service tools, automation and observability for developer infrastructure; strengthen security and resilience.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in DevOps, build engineering or developer infrastructure with hands-on CI/CD pipeline work.
- Practical experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Buildkite, Azure DevOps or similar systems.
- Solid understanding of build concepts (caching, dependency management, reproducible builds) and Linux/Git fundamentals.
- Comfortable scripting and building automation with Python, Bash, Go or similar languages.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, an attention to developer experience, and a collaborative mindset.
