About the role

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for iOS and Android (build, test, sign and distribute).
- Automate build, testing and deployment workflows using tools like GitHub Actions, Bitrise, fastlane, CircleCI or GitLab CI.
- Manage mobile backend infrastructure, IaC (Terraform) and deployment environments for reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with mobile developers to speed up release cycles and improve feedback loops.
- Implement monitoring, logging and alerting for CI/CD systems and mobile services; optimise performance and reliability.
- Enforce mobile security best practices: certificate and provisioning profile management, secrets handling and signing processes.
- Evaluate and adopt new DevOps tools and automation to continuously improve mobile delivery.

Requirements:
- ~3+ years in DevOps with strong focus on mobile pipelines and automation.
- Hands-on experience with mobile CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, fastlane, CircleCI, GitLab CI).
- Experience building and distributing iOS and Android apps; familiarity with Xcode, provisioning and Google Play workflows.
- Practical experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure) and container tooling (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python or similar) and experience with IaC (Terraform preferred).
- Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) and Agile cross-functional teams.
