Responsibilities:
- Design, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and build environments for development, test and production.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management and deployments across Linux and Windows platforms.
- Analyse existing IT environments, identify gaps and propose robust, repeatable infrastructure patterns.
- Manage platform upgrades, certificate renewals and lifecycle tasks to ensure system availability and compliance.
- Improve observability, monitoring and alerting to increase reliability and incident response.
- Collaborate with system and train architects, development teams and operations specialists within an Agile/SAFe environment.
- Ensure solutions align with wider IT architecture and security requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum ~4 years experience in DevOps or a similar role with strong ownership of deliveries.
- At least 2 years hands-on experience with CI/CD and build systems (e.g., Jenkins, Maven, Ant).
- Experience with configuration management and infrastructure automation (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).
- Strong Linux experience (RHEL) and at least basic Windows administration exposure.
- Familiarity with observability stacks (Prometheus, Elastic, Grafana) and system hardening (SELinux, Satellite).
- Good collaboration, communication and organisational skills; security-conscious handling of sensitive info.
- Willingness to work on-site in Stockholm at least 3 days/week and able to pass required security clearance.
