Responsibilities:
- Design, build and operate scalable data and AI platform components (ingest, storage, compute, orchestration, model infra).
- Implement MLOps pipelines, CI/CD for data and models, and automated testing/monitoring for production systems.
- Define and enforce data governance: metadata, lineage, quality checks and access controls.
- Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into platform capabilities and APIs.
- Optimise cloud infrastructure for cost, performance and scalability; drive automation and IaC practices.
- Support migration, integration and operational readiness for enterprise data/AI projects; mentor team members.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in data and AI platform engineering with cloud experience (AWS, Azure or similar).
- Strong background in MLOps, data architecture, orchestration tools and production-scale data pipelines.
- Proven skills in software development, automation (CI/CD, IaC) and system integration at enterprise scale.
- Familiarity with data governance, cataloguing, monitoring and security best practices.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams and stakeholders.
