About the role

Responsibilities:
- Architect, implement and operate cloud-native platforms (Azure-first, AWS as needed) to move AI and data projects to production.
- Build reusable IaC modules, deployment templates and standardized observability patterns.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD, secrets management and cost controls.
- Maintain monitoring, alerting and troubleshooting practices to ensure platform availability and performance.
- Enforce cloud security standards (IAM, encryption, secure config) and embed DevSecOps principles.
- Work with AI, data and country IT teams to onboard environments, resolve deploy issues and scale solutions.

Requirements:
- 5+ years building and running cloud-native systems with strong Azure experience; AWS experience desirable.
- Hands-on with IaC (Terraform/ARM/Bicep), CI/CD tooling, containers and orchestration (K8s/Docker).
- Strong scripting/programming ability (Python) and experience with SQL; TypeScript knowledge a plus.
- Solid understanding of observability, incident management and SRE/DevSecOps practices.
- Proven ability to collaborate across international teams and drive platform automation.
