Responsibilities:
- Translate finance and operations needs into analytics, insights and dashboards using Power BI.
- Analyse financial and operational performance to surface trends, risks and opportunities.
- Define, track and evolve KPIs and financial metrics to inform decision-making and forecasting.
- Build scalable data models, automate workflows (Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, Python) and maintain a reliable source of truth across systems.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling with data-driven inputs.
- Integrate and reconcile data from multiple ERP systems and APIs; improve data governance and automation.
- Communicate findings through clear data storytelling to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Quantitative degree (minimum 2:1) and 2–3 years' experience in data analytics within a finance/operations context.
- Proficiency with Power BI and advanced Excel; practical experience with SQL and scripting (Python or VBA).
- Strong data modelling, dashboarding and automation experience; familiarity with APIs and ERP data integration.
- Good stakeholder management, communication skills and ability to translate analysis into business actions.
- Willingness to work hybrid from Cambridge HQ; availability to start around Sep/Oct 2026 preferred.
