Frontend Engineer | React at ConnectHum

Responsibilities:
- Own and ship end-to-end product features across frontend and full stack, from specs to production.
- Design and implement intuitive, high-quality UX for complex AI workflows and evaluation tools.
- Build smooth product flows (onboarding → analysis → insights) and reliable data visualizations.
- Integrate and orchestrate LLM APIs (OpenAI etc.), function-calling, and context handling in the UI.
- Collaborate closely with founders, product, design, ML, and research to translate ML capabilities into user tools.
- Drive the development lifecycle, contribute to technical direction, and improve observability and deployments.

Requirements:
- Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js; familiarity with Tailwind-based design systems.
- Track record building product features end-to-end and delivering production-quality UI.
- Comfortable working with LLM APIs, function-calling patterns, and AI product workflows.
- Ability to write and reason about SQL and data used for visualizations and analytics.
- Strong UX sensibility, attention to performance and polish, and an ownership mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; bonus for experience with evaluation dashboards, analytics tooling, startups, or AI safety interest.
