Responsibilities:
- Define end-to-end data architecture strategies aligned to client business objectives in Financial Services.
- Lead solution design workshops, produce architecture and solution design documents with effort and cost estimates.
- Design cloud-native data platforms (analytics, big data, governance) and integration patterns across cloud providers.
- Provide technical leadership on AI, analytics, data quality, governance and large-scale data migration or transformation programs.
- Act as a hands-on subject-matter expert on client engagements, mentor delivery teams and manage technical delivery risks.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, present designs to senior client teams and support business development activities.

Requirements:
- Significant (10+ years) experience delivering data architecture and large-scale data transformation in consulting or industry, with Financial Services exposure.
- Deep technical knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure/GCP/AWS), big-data technologies (Spark, Kafka) and enterprise data warehouses.
- Proven experience producing solution design documents, running workshops, and estimating complexity/cost for programs.
- Strong leadership, client-facing skills and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with regulatory and data governance frameworks relevant to FS (reporting, privacy, compliance).
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of driving technical strategy and mentoring others.
