Responsibilities:
- Lead design and hands-on delivery of enterprise GenAI and agentic AI solutions for Financial Services clients, taking projects from concept to production.
- Translate business requirements into scalable architectures using LLMs, RAG, vector retrieval, multi-agent workflows, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Build and deploy LLM-powered applications, establish MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, integrate vector DBs, and operationalize monitoring and governance.
- Advise clients on AI strategy, ethical practices, data privacy, and regulatory considerations (e.g., EU AI Act); ensure responsible deployment.
- Coach and lead cross-functional teams, present technical direction to stakeholders, and enable client teams to operate and evolve AI capabilities.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience designing and shipping ML/AI systems at enterprise scale with leadership or managerial responsibilities.
- Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and toolkits (PyTorch/TensorFlow/Hugging Face) and RAG patterns.
- Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and production MLOps practices.
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and building scalable retrieval pipelines and multi-agent orchestration.
- Excellent client-facing consulting skills, clear communication, and proven ability to operationalize ethical, compliant AI solutions.
