Responsibilities:
- Design scalable, secure "future-state" cloud architectures based on customer requirements.
- Act as technical advisor throughout the customer cloud journey, providing best practices and troubleshooting.
- Build hands-on prototypes and demos to validate solutions in real customer environments.
- Collaborate with sales, partners and engineering teams to identify opportunities and drive projects to a technical win.
- Lead technical briefings, whiteboard sessions and knowledge-transfer activities to make complex concepts clear.

Requirements:
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, Support Engineer).
- Practical familiarity with cloud platforms (IaaS/PaaS) and big-data tools (SQL, BigQuery; Hadoop/Spark a plus).
- Hands-on skills with Linux, REST/SOAP APIs and one or more programming languages (Python, Java).
- Professional-level cloud certification preferred (e.g., Google Professional Cloud Architect) or equivalent experience.
- Interest in data and ML on cloud (Google Cloud Data/ML roles, Vertex AI) is advantageous.
- Fluent German and strong English communication; able to support customers by phone, chat or email.
- Resident in Kraków or willing to relocate.
