About the role
Responsibilities:
- Implement new media features for Webex based on product requirements.
- Perform peer code reviews and improve code quality.
- Automate development tasks and CI workflows to speed delivery.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, releases, retrospectives).
- Learn and grow via training, mentorship and hands-on work in a cross-functional team.
Requirements:
- 1+ years professional software development experience (or equivalent) and a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in C/C++ or Rust and strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms and design patterns.
- Comfortable using AI tools responsibly to accelerate development and reviewing AI-generated code.
- Good verbal and written English communication and a collaborative mindset.
- Preferred: knowledge of WebRTC/SIP protocols and experience with prompt/context design for AI-assisted coding.
- Location: Kraków, hybrid (minimum office presence ~3 days/week).
