About the role

Responsibilities:
- Entwerfen skalierbarer, sicherer Cloud-Architekturen (Future-State) basierend auf Kundenanforderungen.
- Technische Beratung von Kunden während der Cloud-Migration und bei Integrationsfragen; Vermittlung von Best Practices.
- Erstellen von Hands‑on‑Prototypen und Demos, um technische Konzepte in der Zielumgebung zu validieren.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebs‑ und Partnerteams, um technische Lösungen in kommerzielle Chancen zu überführen (Technical Wins).
- Wissenstransfer in Whiteboard‑Sessions und Briefings; Unterstützung des Supports per Telefon, Chat und E‑Mail.

Requirements:
- Berufserfahrung in einer technischen, kundenorientierten Rolle (z. B. Sales/Systems/Support Engineer).
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Cloud‑Plattformen (IaaS/PaaS) und Big‑Data‑Tools wie SQL oder BigQuery.
- Tiefes Verständnis von IaaS/PaaS und Big‑Data‑Technologien (z. B. Hadoop, Spark, VertexAI).
- Erfahrung mit Linux und Web‑Technologien (REST, SOAP) sowie Programmierkenntnisse in Python und Java.
- Berufszertifizierung auf Profi‑Level empfohlen (z. B. Google Professional Cloud Architect) oder gleichwertig.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Wohnsitz in Krakau oder Bereitschaft, dorthin umzuziehen; kundenorientierte, unterstützende Persönlichkeit.

Responsibilities

Design scalable and secure cloud architectures based on client needs and provide technical guidance throughout the cloud journey. Build hands-on prototypes and demos to prove technology viability and collaborate with sales teams to achieve technical wins.

Requirements

Requires experience in a customer-facing technical role and professional-level cloud certification, such as Google Professional Cloud Architect. Must possess deep knowledge of Big Data technologies, Linux, and be fluent in both German and English.
