Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy and maintain Windows Server infrastructure across AWS and remote physical data centers.
- Manage and support Active Directory, Veeam backups, VMware ESXi hosts and related services.
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Terragrunt; maintain versioned infrastructure modules.
- Automate administrative tasks with PowerShell and verify automation via monitoring and alerts.
- Configure and operate monitoring stacks (VictoriaMetrics, ELK), enforce security controls and run DR testing.
- Produce and maintain clear technical documentation and liaise with internal teams and Service Desk.

Requirements:
- 3+ years Windows Server administration experience and 1+ year of cloud (preferably AWS) operations experience.
- Practical experience with Terraform/Terragrunt and PowerShell scripting.
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls) and familiarity with monitoring tools.
- Experience with VMware ESXi, Veeam backups and basic Linux administration.
- Comfortable with version control (GitLab/GitHub) and English at B2 or higher; relevant certifications/degree are a plus.
