Responsibilities:
- Own internal IT operations: device provisioning and lifecycle for a Mac fleet (Jamf), Google Workspace administration, SaaS access and license management.
- Manage end-to-end user onboarding and offboarding, IT asset inventory, and software provisioning.
- Build and run security and compliance programs: ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 readiness, policies, audits and awareness.
- Handle security questionnaires and coordinate with enterprise prospect teams.
- Configure and support customer-facing SSO (SAML/OIDC) and collaborate with engineering to automate onboarding flows.
- Create scalable tooling, documentation and repeatable workflows to support rapid headcount growth.

Requirements:
- 3–6 years hands-on IT/security experience, preferably in startups or high-growth companies.
- Practical experience managing Mac fleets with Jamf and administering Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with SaaS access management, identity protocols (SAML/OIDC) and enterprise SSO setups.
- Experience with security/compliance programs (ISO 27001, SOC 2) and creating audit-ready processes.
- Strong communication skills, hands-on mindset, ability to partner with CTO and engineering.
- Discipline to build repeatable, auditable systems and to follow compliance processes proactively.
