Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain scalable backend services and APIs in Golang for Mistral Cloud.
- Build systems that power authentication, billing, provisioning, connectors and developer tooling.
- Ensure high availability, low latency and fault tolerance across distributed components.
- Collaborate with infra teams on deployment, Kubernetes/Docker orchestration, Terraform and CI/CD.
- Write clear, tested code and participate in code reviews, design discussions and on-call rotations.
- Instrument services with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) and drive performance tuning.

Requirements:
- Strong Golang experience and solid backend fundamentals (concurrency, networking, data modeling).
- Experience designing and operating distributed systems and APIs at scale.
- Practical knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization (Docker/K8s) and IaC (Terraform).
- Familiarity with observability, logging and monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
- Track record of shipping reliable production services, collaborating across product and infra teams.
- 5+ years of backend experience or equivalent; degree in CS or relevant experience preferred.
