Responsibilities:
- Publish and maintain open-source models and libraries on platforms like GitHub and Hugging Face.
- Develop internal and external tooling (training pipelines, inference helpers, docs, examples) to support research and users.
- Improve library performance, reliability and accuracy; implement profiling and optimization for training and inference.
- Collaborate with research, engineering and external OSS communities to incorporate feedback and contributions.
- Ensure production readiness: tests, CI, packaging and deployment guidance.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated contributions to prominent ML OSS projects (PyTorch, Transformers, vLLM, Hugging Face).
- Strong Python, PyTorch and MLOps experience; familiarity with fine-tuning, distillation and inference optimization.
- Experience with GPU cluster tooling (Slurm or cloud), CI/CD, testing and performance benchmarking.
- Good documentation, collaboration and open-source community engagement skills.
