Responsibilities:
- Design, build and operate infrastructure for model access, agent runtimes and observability (routing, auth, cost controls, auditing).
- Deliver secure, reusable tooling and primitives for running agentic workflows in production.
- Implement governance, safety controls and auditability to make AI use compliant and traceable.
- Provide observability for platform usage, cost, reliability and performance (metrics, traces, logs).
- Support and onboard teams: troubleshoot issues, document patterns, and share best practices for safe AI use.
- Own end-to-end projects from problem definition to deployment and ongoing operation using cloud, Kubernetes and IaC.
Requirements:
- Strong software engineering experience building APIs, services or developer tooling consumed by other teams.
- Hands-on experience operating platforms and infrastructure used by multiple engineering teams.
- Practical experience with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code.
- Familiarity with LLM APIs and ecosystem components (model gateways, agent frameworks, RAG, MCP) is expected.
- Knowledge of production observability (metrics, tracing, logging) and security-minded approaches to auth, authorization, governance and auditability.
- Comfortable owning work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and communicating clearly via documentation and collaboration.
