Responsibilities:
- Own the AI platform roadmap and prioritize services that enable internal teams to consume AI capabilities without direct external integration.
- Work with product and domain teams to discover AI use cases (client personalisation, operational automation, fraud detection) and map implementation paths.
- Lead cross-functional delivery, align timelines across AI platform, domain teams and mobile/web engineering.
- Define compliance, governance and security requirements and drive stakeholder sign-off with legal and risk teams.
- Establish success metrics, adoption KPIs and feedback loops to continuously improve the platform.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated Product Management experience building backend or AI-enabled platforms with end-to-end ownership.
- Good working knowledge of LLMs, agent patterns, prompt engineering and API-based integrations.
- Experience navigating data governance, regulatory constraints and building compliant AI solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to set metrics, run experiments and measure product impact.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across engineering, data science and regulatory teams.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and prioritising a technical backlog.
