Responsibilities:
- Embed in a product team (SMB/Scaler/Enterprise) and own ML work for short, high-impact projects.
- Define problems, select the fastest path to value (fine-tune, build, or integrate), and ship end-to-end in weeks.
- Write production-quality code in the product repo, integrate models with APIs/SDKs, and deploy features.
- Build evaluations, monitor production performance, investigate failures, and iterate based on metrics.
- Collaborate closely with ML engineers, researchers, designers, and product to surface customer feedback and drive improvements.

Requirements:
- 2+ years building and shipping ML-powered products to production.
- Strong hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX and familiarity with computer vision/generative models (including diffusion models).
- Practical experience deploying models, integrating external model APIs, and managing inference cost/latency trade-offs.
- Solid software engineering skills: testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and working inside product codebases (Python/REST tooling expected).
- Product-minded: rapid iteration, strong ownership, ability to measure impact and use user feedback to prioritize work.
