React Frontend Engineer at Iberdrola

Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain Next.js microfrontends and shared libraries in a monorepo.
- Implement mobile-first, responsive UI using React + TypeScript and design-token based styling.
- Deliver features end-to-end: UI implementation, façade/API integration, and deployment.
- Write and maintain automated tests (unit, component, integration, E2E) using Jest, React Testing Library and Playwright/Cypress.
- Collaborate in a cross-functional agile squad with Product, UX, QA and Backend to refine requirements and ship incrementally.
- Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines and production monitoring to maintain quality and performance.

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript and practical knowledge of Next.js (App Router), including server/client component patterns.
- Familiarity with Node.js and monorepo/workspace workflows.
- Strong HTML/CSS skills, responsive/mobile-first implementation experience and comfort with design tokens.
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and keeping clear separation between UI and service/facade layers.
- Proven testing practice across unit/component/integration/E2E tests (Jest, RTL, Playwright/Cypress).
- Comfortable working in large shared codebases, using Git and peer review, and working within Agile/Scrum teams.
- Appreciation for accessibility (WCAG), CI/CD, performance and secure coding practices.
