Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a cloud-agnostic research platform to improve stability, scalability and researcher productivity.
- Design dependable development environments and scale CI to improve reproducibility and build performance.
- Create and maintain data pipelines and tooling for large datasets and HPC/GPU clusters.
- Optimize container images, compilation times and Python environments; standardize best practices.
- Partner with researchers to understand workflows, produce documentation and drive adoption.
- Lead root-cause analysis, reduce operational toil and iterate on platform features with a product mindset.

Requirements:
- 5+ years in platform, DevOps, developer-experience or SRE roles with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Python or Go and experience with CI/CD, container orchestration and IaC.
- Familiarity with build tooling (Bazel), GPU workloads, observability and data pipeline design.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and a technical product mindset.
