About the role
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver production-grade, AI-augmented web applications and APIs end-to-end.
- Build platforms for data integration, curation, exploration and monitoring at scale.
- Define and drive technical architecture in collaboration with ML, data and infrastructure teams.
- Translate complex model outputs into intuitive, performant user experiences.
- Contribute to engineering quality: code reviews, documentation and technical standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and support cross-team technical growth.
Requirements:
- 3+ years professional full-stack development experience (product, startup or consulting background).
- Strong backend skills in Python and frontend skills in TypeScript/ReactJS, HTML/CSS.
- Experience designing and shipping REST or GraphQL APIs; familiarity with SQL and NoSQL stores.
- Hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Track record of shipping production systems and making architecture choices for scale.
- Fluent English; German is a plus for client-facing tasks.
