Responsibilities:
- Take end-to-end ownership of AI-powered applications from architecture decisions to production deployment.
- Design and implement production-grade web applications and APIs that integrate ML models and data pipelines.
- Build and maintain platforms for data integration, curation, exploration, and monitoring at scale.
- Collaborate with ML, data, and infrastructure engineers to define and drive technical architecture.
- Translate complex AI outputs into clear, performant user experiences and reliable service endpoints.
- Contribute to engineering culture through code reviews, documentation, technical standards, and mentoring.

Requirements:
- 3+ years professional full-stack experience in product, startup, or consulting environments.
- Strong backend skills in Python and frontend skills in TypeScript + React (HTML/CSS3).
- Proven experience designing and building REST or GraphQL APIs.
- Solid knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, BigTable) databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Track record of shipping production systems (not just prototypes) and pragmatic engineering practices.
- Fluent English; German proficiency is a plus for client-facing work.
