About the role

Responsibilities:
- Define and own the strategic roadmap for an internal "AI as a Platform" offering that provides reusable, secure AI services to domain teams.
- Lead a cross-functional team (AI engineers, data scientists, software engineers) to deliver APIs, tooling, and integrations for internal consumers.
- Identify and prioritise high-value AI use cases across client experience and operational efficiency (personalisation, fraud detection, automation).
- Coordinate implementation timelines across platform and domain teams; ensure smooth integration and operational readiness.
- Lead AI compliance, governance and risk processes: data lineage, model validation, access controls and auditability for regulated environments.
- Measure impact with KPIs, run experiments, and iterate product features based on usage and outcomes.

Requirements:
- Product management experience building or operating AI platforms, ML infrastructure, or developer-facing services.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, agent architectures, prompt design and practical trade-offs when using external vs internal models.
- Experience with APIs, data governance, regulatory requirements and secure deployment of ML services (FinTech/regulatory context a plus).
- Strong analytical skills, experience with experimentation, metrics-driven decisions and stakeholder management across technical and business teams.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership; ability to translate technical constraints into product plans.

Responsibilities

You will also drive AI compliance, governance, and the implementation of strategic use cases to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
