Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable backend services and customer-facing features for ANNA's financial platform.
- Build AI-native components: LLM orchestration, AI agents and agentic workflows to automate operational tasks.
- Architect and operate distributed systems for real-time processing, resilience and scale.
- Use AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Claude Code, LLMs) responsibly to speed delivery while managing technical debt.
- Collaborate directly with Product, Design and Engineering leadership to shape product and technical direction.
- Improve developer tooling, observability, CI/CD pipelines and operational automation.

Requirements:
- Strong commercial experience in Python, Java, C# or Go with backend engineering expertise.
- Proven knowledge of system design, distributed systems and software architecture for scalable services.
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL), messaging systems (RabbitMQ), containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and production-grade CI/CD practices.
- Product mindset, strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally in fast-moving teams.
- Curious about AI/LLMs; experience or willingness to work with LLM orchestration, agents and prompt engineering is desirable.
